32 Members, some of whom had only been on a Bowls Green a couple of times before, enjoyed the beautiful weather and some exciting bowling this Valentines day.
The prizes and food and one free drink were provided and sponsored by the Hand family, Jackie, James, Mark and Jane, the new team behind the bar, for which we are all very grateful.

Each game was played over 6 ends with 3 disciplines, a straight game, 3,2,1 and a yardstick with the cumulative shots scored determining the prize winners. The consolation prize was won by Bill & Doreen Davey, the 2nd prize by Terry & Maureen Barrett and the winners were Joe Roberts & Carole Cornwell.

An excellent afternoon enjoyed by all.
